Welcome to London Poetry Festival The 4th London Poetry Festival 2008 has concluded the celebration on Monday night, August 11th in a beautiful atmosphere and hope to come back in August next year. A huge Thank you to all the six Poets in Residence: Anjan Saha, Claire Askew, Catherine Brogan, Helen Long, Nnorom Azuonye and Sharon Harriott and all the poets, musicians and spoken word artists, all the people who attended the four evenings and all the people who supported the evening. People who would like to read at the OPEN MIC Sessions should send us two poems (not too long) they would like to read and they would be informed whether or when they could read. OPEN MIC slots would be agreed beforehand and the names of the readers would be published here. |
